Order Processing Guidelines

All orders are securely packaged and shipped within 48 hours of order receipt. Normally, it is packaged the same day, but 48 hours give you a good idea of the maximum it should take for your order to be dispatched with a carrier service.

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class or USPS Ground Advantage unless otherwise stated or agreed upon.

Normal order process flow chart:

Customer Orders -> 1-8hrs pass -> Order Packaged -> 1-8hrs pass -> Order Dispatched

Most orders deliver within 3-7 business days via Ground and can take as long as 21 days via First Class. This is a very wide margin, with the majority delivering within 5 days and 10 days respectively. All ship times are out of Pack Oracle's control and are entirely up to the USPS overlords.
